The customer is responsible for properly anchoring the sculpture to the ceiling. Sculptures by Trinidad are not responsible for improper installation. 

Installation Instructions: 

Step 1: Connect the Sculpture using 1 carabiner to the motor and chosen cable length. 

Step 2: Connect the motor to 1 carabiner.

Step 3: Connect the motor to wood only in the ceiling using wood screws.

For the product to be returned it must be eligible. Below are the eligibility requirements.

• We accept returns for unused items within 30 days of purchase. 
• Items must be in their original packaging. 
• No physical damage to the Sculpture
